Provide your name, order number, and the items you wish to return. A post office return label will be emailed to you, free of charge.

Please apply it on the box and drop it at your local post office.

Once the shoes are returned to our Florida warehouse, your credit card will be refunded. You will also be notified via email.

Returns and refunds are handled Monday-Friday.

Please note the refund process may take up to 15 business days between the day the shoes are returned, until the refund notification is emailed.

Only shoes that have not been worn will be refunded.

To ensure shoes are returnable, please only try shoes on a carpeted surface.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
