RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Within 30 days of your purchase, e-mail us your BSoles order# and items to be returned at customerservice@beautiisoles.com and we will send you a free return label if the items have not been worn.
Please only try the shoes on a carpeted area to avoid damaging the outsole.
Please advise of the reason for the return, as we value your feedback.
